As a clinical auxiliary diagnosis, it can be used in clinical systems, medical institutions, and scientific research fields.Cardiac troponin is composed of three subunits of cardiac troponin I, T, and C, which together with tropomyosin regulate the interaction between actin and myosin by regulating the activity of Ca2+ on striated actin ATPase. Once the heart muscle is damaged, the cardiac troponin complex is released into the blood. The detection of cTnI can not only detect patients with acute myocardial infarction but also detect minor injuries, such as unstable angina and myocarditis.
