It can be control flow rate of valve, feedback of valve position.It can be installed on different valves, such as diaphragm valve, divert seat valve, angle seat valve, butterfly valve, ball valve etc.It can be applied in pharmaceuticats, water treatment, food processing, beer, beverage and fine chemical industries.Operating PrinciplesThis controller can be used as a locator or processing controller. As a positioner, it can locate valve position by setting valve. As a processing controller, MPU will receive signal from control unit by comparing setting position value of valve with actual position of valve, through PID controller algorithm. Processing controller will drive valve to exact target position.The controller is composed of MPU, detection unit of control signal, position detection, LCD display, keyboard, piezoelectrics valve etc.Functions
